We accept the following payment methods: - Cryptocurrency payments - Bank transfers - Wise - Payoneer - Other payment methods can be arranged upon agreement with the client.

Our unlimited services apply strictly to the duration of the agreed month and include unlimited revisions and updates within the scope of the selected package. This policy operates under the following conditions: - One Task at a Time: Clients may submit one task at a time. A new task cannot be submitted until the current task has been completed and approved by the client. However, if a task is under review or awaiting approval, the client may submit another task to ensure workflow continuity. - Approval Requirement: A task is considered complete once it has been approved by the client. No further changes or revisions will be accepted after approval unless treated as a new task. - Task Queue: Tasks are managed sequentially, ensuring focused attention and quality completion for each request. - Additional Tasks: Clients may request additional tasks to be completed simultaneously for an extra fee, which will be agreed upon prior to starting the additional tasks.

We are committed to providing pricing stability for our clients: - Once a client agrees to a monthly package price, we guarantee that this price will remain unchanged for 6 months, even if our agency's prices increase during this period. - If our agency's prices decrease during the 6-month period, the client will benefit from the reduced rate starting with the next billing cycle.

Our approach ensures that clients save time and avoid the hassle of coordinating with multiple freelancers, such as designers, marketers, or other specialists. - Each client is assigned a dedicated project manager who serves as the single point of contact throughout the project. The project manager handles all communication, updates, and reporting. - While we recommend Jira or Slack for effective task tracking and collaboration, we are flexible and can accommodate other communication platforms, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, Discord, or similar tools, based on the client’s preference.

Unlimited services are provided within the boundaries of the selected package and include the specific services outlined. Any requests beyond the scope of the package may incur additional charges or require separate agreements.

Payment for services is split into two installments per month, with the following conditions: - Clients are required to pay an initial 10% deposit before the commencement of services. - The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed-upon mid-month deadline. - Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is settled.
